
U.S. CENSUS DATA
The Community Health Data Base provides access
to past and present data from the U.S. Census Bureau. Data are available
at the census tract, neighborhood, health district, Minor Civil Division
(MCD), and ZIP Code levels, as well as by county and for the region as
a whole.

Demographic and vital statistics data are available to
members on a CD containing PHMC's own easy-to-use software program called
the Profiler. The CD is compatible with any Windows-based operating system
and allows for quick data aggregation based on user-specified County,
Zipcode, or Census-tract areas.
