Unnatural Causes: Exploring Health Inequalities though the PBS Series - In Sickness and In Wealth September 15 (12:00pm)
An Interdisciplinary Speaker & Video Program at PENN for 2008-2009. Screening of the introductory episode of the Unnatural Causes DVD Series. This episode looks at why people get sick in the first place, and why patterns of health and illness reflect underlying patterns of class and racial inequities. Followed by a talk from Adewale Troutman, MD, MPH, MA, Director, Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness; Associate Professor, University of Louisville School of Public Health.
