MEMBERSHIP

The Community Health Data Base provides population-based data to a variety of organizations interested in gaining a better understanding of the communities they serve and how to best meet their needs. Hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations, universities, and government agencies are invited to participate in the Community Health Data Base as members.

Membership includes an array of data products and services in addition to full access to all of the primary and secondary data collected and maintained by the Community Health Data Base. Members play an important role in the ongoing development of the data and direction that guide the Community Health Data Base.
